This residence has a warmer and more layered contemporary feel, with a slightly elevated residential character. I used natural stone textures, timber detailing, muted feature walls and soft lighting to create a refined atmosphere that still feels comfortable and approachable.

The design is more expressive in its material choices, from the textured entry wall and fluted kitchen island to the darker lounge palette and softly lit bathroom. In the visualisation work, I focused on showing these contrasts clearly, while also presenting the open living layout and the smooth connection between the kitchen, dining and lounge areas.
