King William St, Adelaide

Completed in 2023, this Adelaide CBD high-rise apartment project was positioned around its strong inner-city lifestyle and investment appeal. With tram access nearby, ground-floor hospitality venues and a premium rooftop club bar, the visualisation work focused on communicating not only the building design, but also the convenience, activity and commercial value of its location.

To capture the energy of the surrounding city environment, we recreated the streetscape at both midday and dusk, using detailed pedestrian, traffic and tram scenes to reflect the rhythm of Adelaide’s CBD. We also designed and visualised the rooftop club bar interior, setting it against the sunset and city skyline to suggest an elevated social experience above the city.
